Team Description
NMMU Racing is the Formula Student team at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. The team was formed late 2008 with the goal of being the first South African University to build and race a Formula Student car. In August 2011 we achieved this goal as we have successfully built our first Formula Student vehicle, and all our plans are in place to compete at FSG 2013 with the first African Electric Formula Student car.
